It has been two weeks since the film’s release, but its earnings are not slowing down. In just 11 days, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ crossed the 500 crore mark. Just a few days ago, the film broke the record of Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’, but now the film has left Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ in the dust.
Prabhas’ science-fiction film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ did a total business of Rs 414.85 crore in the first week. However, the film’s earnings have seen a decline in the second week. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ did a business of 16.7 crores on the 9th day, 34.15 crores on the 10th day, 44.35 crores on the 11th day, 10.4 crores on the 12th day, 8.8 crores on the 13th day, and 7.5 crores on the 14th day. Now its 15th day earnings figures have come out.
‘Pathan’s’ record broken after ‘Gadar 2’
According to the report of Saccanilk, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has collected 6.7 crores in all languages across the country on the 15th day i.e. the third Thursday. So far, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has done a business of Rs 543.45 crores at the domestic box office. Along with this, the film has also broken the record of Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’. ‘Pathan’ had done a total business of 543.05 across the country. Earlier, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ had broken the record of Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’ in just 13 days.
